I have quite a strange reasoning behind finding this book to read, I was in Waterstones not that long ago after a really bad previous night’s sleep because of anxiety and insomnia. I wasn’t feeling myself and I bumped into a whole stand of this particular book around 15 of this one book fell around my feet all face up. I don’t normally believe in weird moments of fate however at that particular moment and after reading the cover I knew I had to buy it. It has helped so much and it gives examples of ways you can prevent over thinking, worry, stress, anxiety everything I suffer from.
