Flower Flat Piece Prosthetics
I have included this Stuart Bray video just to recap on flat piece prosthetics since I am using flat pieces in this project. The flat pieces I will be making will be bigger than any I have made before so it is important to get my mould making correct and create successful prosthetics that dont waste material.
Couture: Back To Nature
The couture catwalks were all about going back to nature: wild blooms unfolding beneath wheatsheaf brims at Viktor & Rolf; floral-smothered puff sleeves and hems at Chanel's paper garden party; bamboo leaves splaying out across signature Armani Privé shimmering eveningwear and blossom-printed macs and beaded ballgowns at Dior. Mother Nature never looked more beautiful.

Types of Flowers
For the prosthetics I am looking to create mainly small prosthetic pieces and incorporate maybe one or two slightly larger flowers, the smaller ones I will probably use involve daisys,, orchid flowers, stephanotis, roses etc. and the large pieces will probably be either a lily or an orchid.

There are not a huge amount of flower prosthetic images that are used for fashion purposes but above there are a couple of images of flat flowers that have been drawn on the skin.
Images Informing Designs
The images above are ones that have informed my initial design ideas they are all available from: Professional Makeup Project (2015) Available at: https://www.pinterest.com/georgiegbk8/professional-makeup-project/ (Accessed: 19 March 2015)
The images above are the types of images that I am looking to create for this nature themed make-up look. I am going to shoot the pictures on location with my photographer hopefully in a setting similar to the ones above.
