THis third test consists of a strong lip colour, I think this would work well along with the horns and some dark black makeup on the eyes, however the colour I would choose will probably be a shade of red since the hot lip look is in for summer 2015.

This second make-up test on my model could work well for the cyborg/ futuristic shoot since the eyes look quite angular, the messy eyeliner below would work better with this look however.

This first make up test includes a lot of shine and shimmer almost a wet look. With more subtle makeup on the eyes and lips this look could work well on the nature shoot.

Spring Summer 2015: Hot Lips

After several seasons out of the spotlight, lipstick is certainly back for spring/summer 2015. From blood-red, stamped-on colour at Burberry Prorsum to smudgy, just-kissed stains at Topshop Unique, bold lips and summer-fresh skin took centre stage once more after seasons of smoky eyes. This could be used in one of my images.

Spring/Summer 2015: Super Natural

Messy Eyeliner

Fendi broke all the Make up rules this week at their catwalk show for Milan Fashion Week 2015.

Designer Karl Lagerfeld opted to steer clear of a soft and girly make up look and the classic feline flick make up artists instead went with a deconstructed, edgy and modern take on exaggerated eye liner

Make up artist Peter Phillips created this artful messy look  by curling the top lashes then layering with a base coat of Dior Show Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum.

Lashes were then swept with at least five layers of black Dior Show Mascara and Liner. Phillips then used the imperfections are smudges created by the mascara brush on the top lids and connected them using the eye liner. This look is so on trend, it is most suited to my cyborg/ futuristic make-up look because of the harsh lines.

Dramatic Eyes

Grand Palais in Paris transformed into The Chanel Brasserie, the theatrical backdrop to Karl Lagerfeld’s latest Ready to Wear collection for the fashion brand.

Supermodel Cara Delevingne has not been seen on the Paris Fashion Week Catwalk until this collection, where she was joined by model friend Kendall Jenner. The pair walked the runway and perched at the chic cafe’s bar while onlookers lusted after their sheer black dresses and nude pumps.

This look would be suited to my tribal/ horn look because the dark eyes somewhat resemble a war paint look.

Raw, natural beauty was the overriding make-up (or rather no-make-up) trend for spring/summer 2015, but for some brands a little twist on the look made all the difference. At Thakoon and Marc by Marc Jacobs high-shine textures on the brows and lids gave pared-back looks a glossy modernity, whilst trompe-l'œil details at the likes of Dries Van Noten and Dior - drawn-on lip rings and stick-on eyeliner respectively - created a point of interest on otherwise make-up-free faces. I am going to use this look or similar in my nature shoot.
